Currently Dell only sells Ubuntu PCs in the United States. On Dell Ideastorm you can now vote for Ubuntu PCs worldwide, the suggestion has become the most popular on the site. Hopefully once Dell has seen the success of Ubuntu in the US they will sell it anywhere.
